In February 2003, Lucas Castrounis with the students of the Reading Academy, Ormond Arnold, Nick Ratcliffe , Craig Harry , Dan Creswell, Tony Hopcroft recorded a film/documentary requested by the Reading University Berkshire.

The film based on, the history of the wing chun & Kali systems, introduction to all forms of the wing chun Kung Fu and on single stick and knife techniques of the Kali system.

The video was produced by the students of the Art department of the Reading University & it is not for sale.

Ip Man helped spread Wing Chun to all corners of the globe .

Traditionally, when someone committed himself/herself to martial arts, he/she prepared himself/herself for a very long process. That was the first characteristic a master looked for in an individual before accepting him/her as his/her student. Today, people are not as patient. They want everything given to them fast because they are "paying" for it. With this kind of attitude, masters of martial arts dish out either diluted or pure garbage to this type of customers.
